Day 01.- --– Lima
Arrival, reception and transfer to the selected hotel.
Day 02.- Lima
Breakfast. In the morning we will visit the modern and colonial city of Lima, seeing the Plaza Mayor, la Catedral, el Palacio de Gobierno, Iglesia de San Francisco and the Catacombs, later continuing to the residential zones of San Isidro and Miraflores and finishing the tour with an impressive view of the Pacific Ocean. Free afternoon.
Day 03.- Lima – Cuzco
Breakfast. In the morning we will transfer from the hotel to the airport. Arrival in the city of Cuzco, reception in the airport and transfer to the selected hotel.
In the afternoon we will visit the city of Imperial and the nearby ruins: Kenko ritual center with subterranean corridors and a semicurcular amphitheater; Puca Pucara military construction and compound of steps, terraces and large walls; Tambomachay o Baños del Inca, apparently was the distinguished place of water worship and Sacsayhuaman as an imposing example of Inca military architecture.
Day 04.- Cusco : Only Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays
Breakfast. Excursion to the Scared Valley of the Incas, where we will visit the Mercado Indio de Pisac which attracts hundred of visitors and natives coming from remote settlements, wearing their colorful tradicional dress. Sundays emphasize the walk of the Varayocs or Alcaldes, who around 9:30 am. head toward the church in order to attend a tradicional mass in Quechua.
Later we will continue toward Ollantaytambo, which was named in honor of the tyrant Ollanta, famous for his romance with the incan princess, daughter of Pachacutec. In the vast archeological site, situated on a hill that dominates the town, we will see ruins such as the Templo del Sol, el Salón Real, el Incahuatana and los Baños de la Princesa. Lunch included.
Day 05.- Cusco
Breakfast. Transfer to the train station to leave for the town of Aguas Calientes, arrival and ascent in bus toward the ruins. Entrance and guided visit of the main ruins. Machu Picchu was discovered in 1911 by North American Hiram Bingham, this citadel is considered one of the most extraordinary shows of hand made arquitecture in the world.
In the afternoon we will leave and return in train to the city of Cuzco. Arrival and transfer to hotel. Lunch included.
Day 06.- Cusco - Puno
Breakfast. Leave in bus for the city of Puno. On the way we will have the opportunidad to visit: Anduaylillas, Raqchi, la Raya and Pukara. Lunch included.

Day 07.- Puno
Breakfast. Excursion to the highest lake in the world, situated to the east of Puno 3,810 meters above sea level, we will visit the Islas de los Uros, a town that inhabits approximately 40 floating islands that are made from a base of reeds. These islands occupy a great part of the National Reserve of Titicaca, from the Puno Bay until the peninsula of Capachica. Los Uros are grouped around the maximum religious and moral authority in each family: the grandfather.
They are dedicated chiefly to the hunt and fishing and for their great ability to weave reed, that are used in the fabrication of rafts, dwellings and crafts.
Next we will visit the island of Taquile.
Day 08.- Puno -Juliaca – Lima
Breakfast. Transfer from the hotel to the airport.
On the way, there will be a view of the Tumbas de Sillustani, which are found 34 km. from the city of Puno, on the banks of the beautiful lagoon Umayo. This enigmatic site was constructed by los Collas, some surpass 12 m. of height. They were made to bury the most important people of this town, exemplifying la Chullpa del Lagarto and el Intiwatana.

Day 09.- Lima –---
Breakfast.
