Lima - Nazca - Paracas

Day 01 --- Lima
Arrival, reception at the airport and transfer to selected hotel.
In the afternoon, we will visit the modern and colonial city of Lima, seeing the Plaza Mayor, la Catedral, el Palacio de Gobierno, Iglesia de San Francisco and the Catacombs, later continuing to the residential zones of San Isidro and Miraflores and finishing the tour with an impressive view of the Pacific Ocean.

Day 02.- Lima – Nazca - Paracas
Breakfast. In the morning transfer to the bus station, depart in Bus Cruz del Sur  with destination to the city of Ica. Arrival and transfer to the airport in order to take your flight  Ica/Nazca/Ica  (1.15 hrs in total) to fly above the Nazca Lines where you will witness an immense system of lines and drawings dispersed throughout the planes, which have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  From the air, one can see the monkey, the hummingbird, the guanay, the spider, etc. According to Maria Reiche,  it was a great astronomical calender that dates back to around 500 a.d. In the afternoon transfer to Ica a Paracas.  Arrival and accomidation in selected hotel in Paracas

Day 03.- Paracas - Lima
Breakfast.  Depart to visit the Ballestas Islands, located in the Paracas Reserve where one can see "el Candelabro", a hieroglif engraved in the sand, and to visit the island to get in contact with the fauna of the reserve, which harbours thousands of sea liones, pinguins, marine birds, etc. Return to the hotel. In the afternoon return in the bus, Cruz del Sur, to the city of Lima.  Reception at the bus station and transfer to the hotel.

Day 04: Lima – Out
Breakfast and transfer to the airport.
